Biography: 
Professor Hang (Robin) Luo, Ph.D., FRM, is the Provost and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic, Research, and International Affairs) and Distinguished Professor at Wuhan College. Professor Luo is a member of the Decision-making Advisory Committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, member of the Decision-making Advisory of the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Finance. Prior to joining Wuhan College, Professor Luo has served as Dean of the School of Economics at Xihua University, Director of the Australian Research Centre of Sichuan Province, Director of the FinTech and Entrepreneurship Finance Research Centre of Sichuan Province; Head and Chair Professor of the Department of Business Administration, Alhosn University, UAE; Doctoral Supervisor and Director of the Postgraduate Programme at La Trobe University, Australia; Lecturer and Senior Lecturer (tenured) at Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. He is also Adjunct Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the University of Liverpool, UK, and Assumption University, Thailand. He is the editor-in-chief, associate editor, and editorial board member of many international peer-reviewed academic journals, and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter holder and the fellow member of Global Association of Risk Managers (GARP). He has published more than 70 articles in top academic journals and conference proceedings. He has presented numerous keynote speeches and seminars at esteemed universities, such as University of Oxford, Peking University, among many others.
