Jenny Gibb is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. She holds a PhD from the University of Waikato. Her research explores new ways of organizing capability, particularly in goal setting environments. These forms of organizing involve understanding the cognitive drivers and interdependencies between individuals, organizations and networks. Her research has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Industrial Marketing and Management and Personnel Review.
