Biography: 
Qin Chengqiang is a professor and the Party Secretary of the International College of Guangxi University, China, and an adjunct professor of Central Queensland University, Australia. He is also Director of Nanning IELTS Test Center, Director of Canadian Studies Center, Guangxi University, Director of Comparative Education Studies Center, Guangxi University, and Director of “Internet+” International Collaborative Innovation Center, Guangxi University. He obtained his MA degree in applied linguistics at Brock University, Canada. His research fields cover sociolinguistics, applied linguistics, cross-cultural communication, as well as innovational and entrepreneurial education.
He has published one textbook, two articles and a series of papers, and conducted more than 10 important research programs at both national and provincial levels. Due to his excellent performances, he has won abundant teaching or academic awards such as 1st prize of Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award in Guangxi University and 3rd prize of the 10th Outstanding Social Scientific Achievement Award in Guangxi. Besides, he is a visiting scholar of many universities and research institutions in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Meanwhile, he has been invited to present a keynote speech at a number of international academic conferences on such topics as Cultivation of International Talents, Cooperation of Higher Education between China and ASEAN Countries, Environmental Education in China and the like.
